Some of the conveniences we offer to our patients:

About Your Surgery

We strive to make your surgery a very comfortable and pleasant experience, without anxiety. The steps involved are covered here in general terms. Our office staff will discuss any specific considerations or instructions with you.

Preparing for Surgery: Before your surgery your physician may order routine pre-operative blood tests, EKG, chest x-ray.

Before Your Surgery: Before your surgery you will meet with your physician to go over the description of your surgical procedure and its risks and benefits, postoperative expectations and to answer any questions that you might have. Your physician will also review the results of the tests done prior to your surgery. Your physician will go over your preoperative instructions. For your convenience, you can download our preoperative instruction sheet.

The Day of Your Surgery: Our office surgery scheduler will notify you of the hospital check in time before hand. You will check in into the hospital admissions and will have an interview with the anesthesia team and sign the procedure consent forms.

After Your Surgery: In many cases, you will be able to go home the same day of the surgery or stay overnight depending on the surgical procedure you will be having. We will provide you with detailed postoperative instruction sheet. A physician will be on call 24 / 7 if you have any concerns or problems. For your convenience, you can download our postoperative instruction sheet.
